When our daughter was born we started practicing something called Elimination Communication (EC) sometimes called Infant Potty Training. We started putting our daughter on the potty at 6 weeks old and never looked back!. When she was approx. 6 months we caught most of her ‘output’ most days. Since modern nappies are so good at moisture wicking it could be hard for someone so young to understand the feeling of being wet from having gone for a wee in her nappy. To progress further she really needed to be in some underwear that matched her miniature frame. We found it a struggle to find training pants small enough to fit out tall and skinny daughter. We eventually purchased a couple of brands from the US but, in both cases, it cost substantially (4 times!) more in postage than the cost of the actual items. After seeing other parents struggle with the same issue we decided to start our own brand!
